21st annual Indiana Motorcycle Expo anchors 2012 Ford Indianapolis Boat, Sport and Travel Show
The tradition continues February 24-26, when the Indiana Motorcycle Expo returns to the Indiana State Fairgrounds during the final weekend of the 58th annual Ford, Indianapolis Boat, Sport and Travel Show – the largest outdoor show of its kind in the U.S.A.
At over 70,000 square-feet, the 21st installment of the Indiana Motorcycle Expo promises to be bigger and better than ever, bringing together enthusiasts, major dealers and manufacturers from across the country showcasing the latest motorcycle and power sports products and services.
Unique and entertaining show features are combined with hundreds of intriguing exhibitors at this one-of-kind, lifestyle event. From dirt to street, café racer to cruiser, and vintage to cutting-edge, the Indiana Motorcycle Expo promises to have the bikes, accessories, gear, fashions and services enthusiasts need to hit the trails, lakes or open roads.
The Biker’s Showcase, sponsored by Lucas Oil and Miracle Ride, is one of the expo’s most popular features and includes hundreds of custom and vintage motorcycles on display for judging by the public. Art and engineering converge at this unique attraction. Folks interested in entering one or more of their own motorcycles in the Showcase can find out how at www.indianamotorcycleexpo.com.
Other unique and exciting Indiana Motorcycle Expo features include the Tiny Tots Test Track, where future bikers can safely try out their two-wheeled skills; ABATE motorcycle classes; the ever-popular Hardees Thickburger Fashion Showcase, where the biker lifestyle’s newest and hottest fashions are modeled for the public; and the Globe of Death – a shocking attraction featuring daredevil motorcycle maniacs performing inside of a steel, mesh sphere.
